If you would like to chose a different style frame or if your eyeglasses need to be remade for reasons beyond our control, you can just send them back, we will be happily exchange them with another. However, since the lenses are custom made for you, they cannot be re-used and we must discard them. As such, there is a small fee for exchanging, which we only do to keep costs down for all of our customers. The redo fee is 50% of the sale price , plus shipping.
