How do i order prescription glasses online?
1. Start at By MAN, BY LADY, BY KID , SHOP BY BRAND or SHOP BY PRICE in
the main toolbar and select the category of your choice.
2. Browse through the frame styles by clicking the prescription glasses
picture thumbnails. On each item page, select your choice of frame colors.
There is a virtual mirror on the right of the page, you can use it to
see how the frame look like on people of different gender, age, skin color
and face shape.
3. Follow the step by step instruction to customize your prescription glasses lenses: enter your prescription, select lens type, colors, & other options.
4. If you need help click on the questions under each choices to get detailed explanations on each entry.

What is your prescription glasses warranty policy?

inspected by certifiend technician before leaving the factory.
However in the unlikely case, if you are unsatisfied with your prescription eyeglasses for any reason, just return the eyeglass with the order copy and case within 30 days and we will refund 50% of the cost of the glasses.

What is your exchange policy?
If you would like to chose a different style frame or if your eyeglasses
need to be remade for reasons beyond our control, you can just send them
back, we will be happily exchange them with another. However, since the
lenses are custom made for you, they cannot be re-used and we must discard
them. As such, there is a small fee for exchanging, which we only do to
keep costs down for all of our customers. The redo fee is 50% of the sale
price , plus shipping. We pride ourselves on providing the finest quality
products and we will work to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
