My eyes always feel very tired as I need to work on computer at least 8 hours every day, sometimes I even feel strain and painful. Every an hour or so, I just close them and rest for several minutes and go back to work. Is this normal? My workmates suggested me to buy a pair of reading eyeglasses specially designed computer using? I just want to know is that helpful?
