Where can I buy quality computer eyeglasses?

I need to work on computer for at least 8 hours every day, staring the screen, and feel eye red and strain, sometimes, I really want to abandon the job! But what can I do then, so I want to buy a pair of eyeglasses for releasing eyestrain and fatigue after long time work, are they just the reading eyeglasses? I don’t have such experience, and what kind of lens coating should I choose?
