Cannot I really order reading eyeglasses?

Why cannot I order reading eyeglasses? My workmates suggested me that such eyeglasses may reduce the eye fatigue and strain, actually, but it seems hard to order full rim frames style, as my prescription is really low, here is my Rx: OS is -0.60 and -0.90 for OD, it’s hard to notch on the edges as the edge of the lenses will be very, and what about frameless style?
