What kind of coating should I choose?

I ordered a pair of eyeglasses online, after I selected the frames, the optician asked me if I need special request for my nose pads, as there are four materials which nose pads can be made of: soft silicone, ceramic, titanium and acetate. So, what’s the advantage of the other three kinds except cilicone which I have already know much bout, which one is specially helpful for me?
