Where can I get quality designed eyeglasses

Where can I order designed eyeglasses frames? I love full-rim eyeglasses, especially for the metal material and classical shape, but I really need high-index lenses, as I have a really strong prescription, and I hate those heavy and thick “coke-bottle” lenses, high-index lenses are my best choice, but they are really not cheap, I am not a guy who can spend hundreds of dollars on just a pair of eyeglasses, so, how much do theses lenses at your site?
